I just installed Elektrik Piano and I can't get it to work in Stand Alone mode. I have B4 and Kompact and they work fine. I have Elektrik Piano configured the same. It is not responding to midi and it doesn't play audio in Stand Alone mode, but It works great as a AU plugin in DP4. I'm running OS X Panther 10.3.4 PLease help!

Did you set up the midi/audio connections for Standalone mode? For Midi, you need to scroll through the pull down of possible Midi ports/channels that EP sees, then turn on the one(s) that you want.

For audio, you can click on a key in the EP keyboard to see if you get audio at all. If not, check the Audio options in the Setup menu as well.

I played around with my Audio settings with EP for a bit, I found that the ASIO driver has the lowest latency in Standalone mode on my system.

I find that I use Standalone mode quite a bit, and the new presets for EP are great too.

Enjoy this NI product quite a bit, my current favorite the bunch. Bought NI complete back in May, and didn't think anything could top that until I got EP.

    I Re-installed. It works!

I finally just re-installed the program and everything works great now. The sound is fantastic. I was getting a few random pops, but I adjusted the buffer and that cleared them up. Great instrument.
