Start sections from anywhere in the current scene

I think the Ideas view in 2.6.5 is a great addition and it is nice to be able to grab the end of a section to play additional bars beyond the length of the original scene or shorten as needed. I think it will be excellent to have this functionality at the start of a section as well. For example, I can add a 16 bar scene to the arrangement view but this time around I only want to play the last 8 bars of that scene. It would be nice to be able to drag the start point to bar 8 instead of having to create a separate scene and replicate the desired 4 bar section.
