Stem Creator Tool Not Working on Windows 10

    I Installed the Stem Creator Tool 1.0 x64 and it will not open after it has been installed on my wondows 10 pc.

    I also tried the x86 version as well, same result. No error message just a quick loading icon by my mouse and then nothing happens.

    Anyone know what I could be doing wrong?

    Have the same issue on Windows 7 32-bit, it won't even launch. I put it on my Macbook with 10.9.5 and it ran no problem.
