Stems Problems

Hi everyone, I´m experiencing quite alot of problems with bought Stem Files, problems which I thought would not make it through testing, but here they are..

When loading a stem file into a running deck, sometimes the stems within are not synced.. e.g. the bassline to the drums are not running together.

Often the filter on the drumtrack does not work anymore after playing a few tracks.

Played states are completely confused, tracks still showing "A" or "B" as if loaded into the decks when not anymore for long.

My computer is a macbook pro late 2011 16 gig ram, 500GB ssd running 10.10.5 and Traktor´s latest Version.

I am having exactly the same problem here. Using the latest beta stem creator, I created beat stems (wave stem1 = kick, stem2 = percussion, stem3 = clap and stem4 = ride). When syncing up the MP4 stem file with a regular MP3 song in Traktor Pro latest version on OSX, the beat stems are completely screwed up, for instance the percussion stem is not on the same beat grid as the kick stem anymore. This is really bad cause I have planned to use the stems during a live performance with a band in two weeks. This whole idea with stems doesn't look promising.
