Step sequenser in keyboard mode (Maschine Mikro)

Hi! I would like to program musical patterns with a bass or a synth sound and use the step sequenser. Is that possible?

Not currently possible, I would like to see this too. Has been requested.

 

This is the biggest thing missing for me and a few friends - coming from older equipment this would be a great feature - and as a software developer myself this should not be tricky to add based on whats already in place

has there been any official word on this feature, because I can see how ni would have been a little behind on the samplist features needed but I would think the stepsequencer would have been up to par from the beginning?

Yeah, that question was a response to NI asking for questions about the background to Maschine, rather than just people banging on about 'when is feature x coming to Maschine', as

 

well without the post of people asking about features and the other post from people telling people to not ask questions about features it would be pretty quiet on this forum, of course there would still be those 'post up your techno hop beat threads for christ sake....
