    I'm switching up to earbuds so would love to be able to be able to set cue to one ear and program to the other.

    Perhaps the "cue mix" knob could be right ear volume and "cue vol" for left ear?

    You could select one side of your headphones as Master and the other as Monitor in the Output Routing, but you'll probably have to be in Mono mode.
