I've seen a couple of threads on here about this but no responses. The right deck Traktor button and 'Load A' buttons are sticking on my Z2 and it looks like they are catching on the faceplate. I've only purchased it recently and it was previously owned, so I can't be sure it's clean inside - the 'Warranty Void' sticker is still present on the underside so I don't believe it's ever been taken apart. I do know that if I nudge the edge of the buttons then they pop back up again, hence me suspecting it's just an alignment problem.

Is this common? It's outside of any warranty period so should I pop the screws out and check alignment inside or is that not recommended?!?

Thanks for any pointers you may have.

The faceplate actually comes off along with the side plates too because they are magnetic. To remove them, take off all of the knobs and just remove. Simple as that.
