Still didn't get the Vintage compressor and TM updates

    Am I alone on this ? I never got any mails concerning the new updates for the vintage compressors bundle and transient master, I'm a Komplete 8 ultimate owner so I don't understand
    I opened a ticket in the support section at least A WEEK ago and still no answer...
    So what should I do ? I'm interested in buying more NI products, but with such product support I doubt I will

    can anyone at least confirm I'm not alone having this problem

    The email should have been sent to the email address registered in your service center app. Check your spam folder (although many spam folders delete after a month and they were sent out over a month ago). Perhaps if you post your support ticket number a mod will escalate your issue.

    Hi, you're not alone. I'm on the same boat but still patiently waiting and checking my spam folder once a week. Call me stupid:) Will have to open a ticket next week too.

    Sometimes an isp's spamtrap is not the problem. There is (or used to be) a separate organization that ran a program called SpamCop that would all on it's own cull out supposed spam emails and there wasn't much companies could do about it. I wonder if that entity is what's causing the problem here?

    Thanks to the Native Instruments support, I finally got the updates via mail =D Anything new from your side Lumcas ?

    Congrats Chnebierk. I still haven't contacted support. Hope I'll do it before Komplete 9 Ultimate hits the shelves - I presume it'll be included:).
