still no voucher

    Hello there.

    On 3rd September I installed and registered Komplete 7 in the NI service centre.
    I did not receive the $60 e-voucher. I raised a ticket with NI who told me on 6th September to register my copy of K7 in the service centre (which I already did) and I would receive the voucher by email. Now NI are no longer replying to my emails and there is no sign of the voucher. Please help!

    Don't hold your breath

    I hate to rain on your parade, so to speak, but I wouldn't be too optimistic. Not only have I not received MY Komplete 7 voucher yet, but I'm still waiting for another voucher they've owed since last April ! I filed support tickets and never heard from them again.

    I have to say, it's a pretty outrageous way to be treated for someone who has spent a lot of money on their products over the years. This could very well be the last straw for me.
