Strange BUG: Master sound coming out from all the 4 chanels, please help!

So,

I use traktor pro on my gigs and at home to practice. I use it with audio 4.

I was practicing at home today when all of the sudden i lost my monitoring. Everytime I load a track and play it , instead of the master sound coming from the 1 e 2.... it's coming from all 4 chanels. I tryed to configure everything and I'm not being able to finda a solution. I can not hear the decks separatelly sinse the sound coming to the headpohone is the same as the master out.

When i put up the voulume , or down, in the internal mixer, it allso controls the 3 and 4 volume thought 3 & 4 are configured to be the monitor. I have 2 midi controllers connected and I don't know if I activated any comand in traktor that did this **** or not. I know it has nothing to dowith the hardware because in external mixer mode the channels are working properly like i set up... it's just in the internal mixng mode.

And Allso tryed using the bcd 300 sound board and I'm having the same problem, no monitoring.
OBS: I had traktor 10.1 then uninstalled, updated for 1.1.2 and the same problem still happening.

Please help me if possible.

I don't know that happened but i have a similar problem:
Im using Traktor Pro with hercules RMX, and DJ console Mp3 as an Efect unit. I'd like to know if you could help me cause mi monitor isn't working at all , I went to configure the audio outputs on traktor and i only have hercules rmx output 1 and 2.

Please Check the Output Routing in Traktor and ajust the CUE Knob in the Global Section in Head of Traktor to another position
