Straylight and it's i7 requirement?

    Picked this baby up during the XXL sale, and I'm I'm the process of building a new mini-tower for music production. Question, which generation of the i7 is needed for Straylight? Current meaning 9th gen? Would 8th gen work? Could I get away with 7th gen? Hey NI, could you throw the # of cores requirement into the product description? Obviously.price is a factor, as current 9th gen i7's are all running at $350+. Just looking for a little clarificarion. 4 cores, 6, or 8 required?

    I have an Ivy Bridge i7 (third generation) and Straylight runs just fine.
