Resolved Streaming services nodes on S5/S8/D2 browsers

The streaming services don't appear on the S5/S8/D2 screens, even after logging in. The only way to navigate through them on the controllers is to select the streaming service root node on the library side panel of your computer. Then, you can easily navigate through its folders/playlists as if it was any other node.
By the way, when you fix/add this, you could also add the Audio Recordings node too, since it isn't visible either from the controllers.
