    Hello, i have agreed to stream my Dj performances over into a program that only allows MP3 streaming, is there any way to be able to get an option in my streaming preferences on traktor pro to use mp3s instead of OGG vorbis?

    I actually go into a seperate old PC which I have converted to Linux and now acts as my streaming server. That way all I do is plug the audio out on my mixer to the soundcard in on the PC leaving the MBP just running traktor.

    I stream in OGG and use a server that converts to MP3 but this is a members only radio station. However you will find that on the iphone an OGG is far better when tuning in on 3G and uses far less of your upload bandwidth.
    A plug in is needed to listen to listen to the stream or foobar2000 rocks on the PC.......
    The sound quality of streamed music over OGG is really very good............
    Sorry this was not too much help for the question asked but I am now a lover of the ogg stream due to the broadcast feature on Traktor.
    PM me if you would like to be introduced to the radio station as there are a few slots going.........
