Studio One - receive two monos from Kontakt stereo

I have Studio One set up with a Kontakt drum library (Mixosaurus). Stereo outs appearing in S1 as stereo, and mono as mono. But...........

Mixo spits out two of each separate kick (in and out), snare (top and bottom) and hihat (close and far) mics, inside their own proprietary stereo pairs (it is not possible to assign say, the inside kick mic, or the far HH mic to their own mono Kontakt outputs - they must appear as stereo at the Kontakt end - this is a limitation of Mixo, which sadly Uwe had to abandon).

The splitting of these stereo outs to mono "receive" channels is easily achieved in Samplitude and Reaper, however, I have yet to find a way to do the same with Studio One.

Might someone have a solution?
