Studio ONE Windows 10 and MIDI Learn - Stops working

    Hello

    I've set up Z1 as a MIDI controlller in Studio ONE version 3.
    MIDI Learn works for a while and then MIDI learn stops working after about 30 seconds?
    When analysing the MIDI data itself it simply seems to stop sending MIDI.
    Only way to resolve is to shut down the computer, power off and power on.

    I have tried removing and reinstalling the software.
    I have no issues with my other controllers.

    Anybody else get this?

    Been going through this with NI (ticket #1393575), the issue can be reproduced with the Controller Editor and MIDI-OX so not a Studio ONE issue. TBC.

    If anybody else gets this with Windows 10 please let me know (works fine as an ASIO device btw, just cuts out within 30 seconds as a MIDI controller).

    Finally resolved with help of NI tech support.
    I had two bad USB cables (of the right quality). Well at least I know the symptoms in future... Feel a bit of a dumbass though..
