I have a strange problem with studiodrummer.
If I drag and drop a pattern into my DAW (MAC OSX) there are 2 different results.

    Cubase:
I get a new midi part named "Midi file generated...". The next pattern generates a new midi-track and a new part named "MIDI".

    Logic Express:
Parts from Groove-Browser "05 Metal" are named "Midi-Region".

    See attachments (screenshots).

    Any idea?

It's just different way different DAWs deal with imported MIDI data from the clipboard, methinks...

That's right, but I use a lot of plugins and this never happend.
To make it complete as an attachment the way studiodrummer and garageband "is working"

Does this happen with all of the grooves?

I have used Studio Drummer with Garageband and Cubase and this has not happen on my system.

It could be one groove has a flawed MIDI map. If not try reinstalling Studio Drummer after thoroughly removing it. Google "How to completely remove a program" and do not rely on anything automated or merely removing a couple of folders.
