Summer of Sound sale 2020?

If this answers any questions-when I bought the upgrade to komplete from select a few months back I bought it in box form because I was on the road for work and didn’t always have a reliable internet connection. When the box arrived I tried unsuccessfully to install from the included hard drive, so when I got home that weekend I just entered the serial that came with the box into native access and downloaded everything from there with no hassles, probably what I will do in this case as well.

 

I just bought the K12 to K12U upgrade from Zzounds since they do a no credit check payment plan. Looking forward to Emotive Strings and Action Strikes this week woohoo! I don't plan on upgrading to CE, since I don't see anything in there I need that Ultimate doesn't have.

 

Same. If when I wake tomorrow (USA) it's not active, I'm buying from AMS. I think the delay may relate to current events here in the states. Diverting focus from the problem at hand may be viewed in poor taste, so many entities are delaying announcements and laying low. Some, do this in support of the protests, check out instagram today for example.

 

For those more experienced with these sales... $828.50 for S49 and Komplete 12 is likely as good as it’s going to get, right?

I'm glad that they've started this sale on NI web site! But isn't it cheaper (in $) to get upgrade via bestservice or so?
I mean, upgrade from KOMPLETE SELECT to K12 costs $183 (vs. $199 in NI shop)

Or is there any difference and I don't understand something?

I don't really care if its €20,- or €30,- cheaper at stores. I'm gonna buy it from NI tonight. They give you clear directions saying that you qualify for the product you're about to purchase and it's digital so almost instantly received instead of days.

Not taking any risks buying from stores I'm not familiar with when it comes to this much money.

Most probably the difference is due to the sales tax, VAT.

 

Frustrating that these £22 vouchers can't be used on Upgrades. I want to go for Electric Guitar Deluxe which isn't even on offer.

 

If you buy from NI you get all sorts of other options come up. I can get K12U for £249 based on what I own and get Symphonic Essential included. But, if I go for Symphonic Collection only, I can get a price of £269 giving me a substantially better library for an extra £20 though everything else in K12.

Super excited for my first summer of sound. I bought a Maschine MK3 a couple months ago and was waiting for this to upgrade to Komplete 12. I see the download available to me for $199.50, but was hoping to get the box version. Unfortunately, on my page at least, that still shows as $399. Is this normal? Am I forced to get the download if I want the SoS deal?

 

I just tried purchasing the cross grade from Kontakt Player to Kontakt 6 and when I hit checkout, this is all I see (anyone else having issues?)

 

Try a different browser or clear cache (also in private mode could help) ?

 

New luxury problems, Maschine taking like forever to index all those new sounds

 

I cleared the Safari cache and still didn't work - switched to Firefox and it worked
