Support forum and contact support broken

    I've been trying for two days to access the support forums as well as contact support and am getting the following error. I've tried 3 different PCs and my phone. I tried calling support but was only able to reach a person via the RMA option on the phone system. He was nice enough, but told me the proper way to get support is to use the support forum or file a ticket.

    Can I just email support@nativeinstruments.zendesk.com to open a new ticket?

    I've attached a screenshot of the error.

    I've been having similar issues - phone system hung up on me after a 20 minute hold time, and the support ticket page just puts me in a loop that sends me back to a "buy product" page for something I've already bought, instead of letting me submit the ticket.

    I figured out the support ticket problem with help from NI. You need to fully fill out your user profile with name, address, phone etc. After that, it stops throwing the CMS error or looping you back to the product page. I am going to bite my tongue as to just how bad the support experience has been due to the tools.

    Getting help from a support post is apparently another hurdle ..... my post has been pending approval since Wed evening.

    Hello respected people @ Forum,
    My point is the following :
    Couple of times since November 2019 am trying to get to NI Support for assistance mostly with the issue : Maschine 2 says "couldn't load Massive", !!! whereas Massive is clearly installed !!!
    Than I logically wait Support comment on my concern expressed from NI,
    being tired for weeks of NOTHING FROM THEM I go to NI site/Support/My Activities page and see the particular ticked opened marked as SOLVED, whereas NO even single assistance comment was sent to me.
    And that recidivous disrespect to the client, WHO PAY THE MONEY to let them work and be paid for, has already repeated a several times :
    - request + silence in response + ticket is SOLVED.

    Hey Vlad,
    Sorry to hear about that!
    That's very unusual and I suspect maybe something is going wrong with the tickets. I have just checked and we do not have tickets that are as old as November 2019. I will send you a PM now so we can check this together and get you going with one of our specialist right away.
