    Dear Native Instruments

    Support Request No. RS 220544

    I can't activate my NI products - First Call Horns KP2, GPO KP2, Stradivari, Kontakt 2!. The NI service centre gives the following message:

    " An error occurred during activation." and then for each product "The hardware profile you tried to register has been disabled. Please contact our support team". I have submitted a support request (No. RS 220544) but so far have received no reply.

    I have "disabled" nothing. After the latest Apple Security update obliterated my system partition I reinstalled it from a backup and attempted to re-activate my NI Products. And this problem ensues. I have deadlines to meet for projects using this software. Could you please reactivate my NI software immediately. Thanks.

    Hi,

    I have restored these hardware profiles. Our log files say that these profiles have been disabled under your username on the 25th of June. However, the activation should now work.
