Sustain pedal popping noise with piano samples

I apologize as this has been discussed before. I haven't found a solution yet. This issue arises when I run piano suites. The gentleman, Maverick, Alicia keys, etc, in Komplete Kontrol with or without Ableton. When I release my sustain pedal at times and repress, a popping noise occurs and all the new notes being played are cut off. I have increased the voices to the max, so that is not the issue. All these cut offs occur under 100 voices. This only happens about 25% of the time. My sustain pedal is working as expected in a midi monitor I think?

I tried increased the the DFD buffer size to 54kb. Didn't help. I have also tried loading the samples on my internal ssd, didn't help. Seems to be an issue with sustain only.

Any tips? I have Komplete 12 loaded on an external ssd.
Running Mac 2019:
10.15.4
2.3 i9 8core
32 gb ram
Sustain settings are attached. The sustain pedal is a Roland. Any help would be much appreciated.

hi, I have the same problem, just noticed it. Did you find a solution. It sounds like an error that occurs sometimes when the pedal is released, thought it might have been processing overload, but if I keep pressing it it does not happen so its linked to the release I think...
