Sustain Pedal won't work with A49

Hi all

Just picked up a new A49 controller, but my sustain pedal isn't working with it. I have a M-Audio SP-2 pedal with a polarity switch. I followed the instructions on this page: https://support.native-instruments....ression-Pedals-on-a-KOMPLETE-KONTROL-Keyboard

But it won't work. I tied both polarity positions, but no go.

Anything else I can try? The pedal works fine with my Akai Advance 61
