Hello, I'm having a similar issue with Traktor Scratch and the A6 interface. I've almost worked it out, but, when I switch from timecode to vinyl, there are two stages to it:

1 - In Traktor, change the channel from "Enable Deck" to "Direct Thru"
2 - In the Audio 6 Control Panel, change the Input Sensitivity for the channel from Line to Phono

To switch back from Vinyl to timecode:

1 - In Traktor, change the channel from "Direct Thru" to "Enable Deck"
2 - In the Audio 6 Control Panel, change the Input Sensitivity for the channel from Phono to Line

Is there any way I can eliminate step two from this process? It's a pain, but "Phono" is too loud for the timecode vinyl. I'm guessing that I might be missing something obvious, I'm sure it should be easier to switch from timecode to vinyl than this.

Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.

I got around this by setting the internal headroom level to -13db, then real vinyl becomes roughly the same level as the traktor mp3s.
