Switching from S88 to Maschine Mk3

Hi!
I‘m encountering following situation; right now I‘m using an S88 Mk2 with KK 12 Ultimate which is an upgrade for KK 12 Select, included in the S88 package.
As I want to use a non NI master keyboard in the future but still want to use the benefits of the KK hardware, my plan is to buy a Maschine Mk3.
Now my question: Will the KK Ultimate upgrade package still work if I buy a Maschine Mk3 with the KK 13 Select? Will there be issues with any sounds I‘m using right now in my projects?
Would it be better to look for a used Maschine with a KK 12 Select?

Yes, the upragde will work with the K13 select licence bundled with the MAschine MK3.

Just to clarify:
-) It is NOT possible to sell the S88 without the K12 Select software bundled to the Keyboard?

-) Can I also use a Maschine mk3 in connection with a K11 Select to validate my K12 Ultimate?

1) It is not possible to sell S88 without bundled SW. But most probably K12S will stay at your account anyway and new owner gets a new licence K13S. (If it is of any importance, check it with NI Support, if K12S also stays at your account. It may or may not depending on HW transfered....)
2) K11S may be used as a base product for K12U Upgrade from Select. But, if you buy it new/seconhand you will most probably get K13S.
