New TSP user here and wondering if there are any 3rd party tools that will sync a folder in my macbook to a playlist with the same tracks ins TSP? This way as I add new tracks it syncs to the playlist and I dont have to manually add new tracks from each folder?

There is something like this for Serato hence why I am wondering

not as far as I know.. unless you're using you're whole collection as a playlist as you can get your music directories to be scanned and added to collection when TP starts.

    No there isn't.

Not a problem for someone like me. I abandoned file structuring years back when media players started structuring collections via ID tags. All my tunes are in one big folder. Could see why it might be useful.

An automatic sync to itunes would be a dream.

I've abandoned playlists and only use folders to structure my files.
This is the only way to get all programs to work logically.

Just make different folders based on styles,
    and sort on date/ key/ bpm/ rating/ artist...

Never need to think or to sync.

I've got my smart playlists and folders set up like this

    Hip Hop (Folder)
    80's Hip Hop (Smart Playlist)
    90's Hip Hop (Smart Playlist)
    etc..

So with your method if you were searching for 80's hip hop you'd just sort your hip hop folder by release date right?
