I am getting into this beatgrid sync stuff a little, but was wondering a bit about "master & slave" sync modes. So, is it like DECK A should always be the main master and deck b, c...be the slaves? I was wondering how to run always 3-4 decks together in harmony..Should I macro my start of deck a to be a MASTER and the others macrod to be in sync? How do these guys like Leibing, etc. using 4 dekcs, keep in harmony and control..? Is it basically the same as it was in 3.4? Or is there some synco start feature in 1.1.1..but do not know this..
    Anyone?

i can make any deck the slave and/or master. If deck A is the master and I stop it, master auto-switches to another deck. Before i load a new track into a master deck, i ensure the master is switched to another deck first, to avoid obvious problems ;) This setup was default when i first used traktor pro.

like i said, i didnt do this, it was the default preset. But if i want to manually change slave to master, i have to deselect the current master so i can select a new one, then change the old master to slave. It's a simple case of a mouse click or setting a midi shortcut.
