Sync TPro to TPro?

    Is this possible? I have been trying to set this up but can not figure it out.

    The 2nd TPro midi clock is floating around and not staying at the exact tempo. I am using midi sync through a midi cable to do this.

    Has anybody successfully sync'd TPro to TPro?

    Short answer: No.

    This has been discussed ad-nauseum around the forums over the years. I tried to get this working w/ a buddy a couple of weeks ago, and the closest we got was the TPro recieving the clock would cycle +/- .5 bpm over maybe 4 beats.

    Some people seem to have had better luck w/ external hardware or ableton or something sending the clock, but TPro to TPro is FAIL. If there is someone that's figured it out, they sure as hell aren't sharing the information.

    I suggest dusting off the arcane technique of manual beatmatching. Works well, and doesn't drift.
