Syncing Ableton Live 5 with Traktor 3 Internally?

I've looked and looked and looked but I can't find anywhere where it says how to sync Ableton Live 5 with Traktor 3 internally. I have Final Scratch 2 as well so I wanted to know how to sync the two. My mixer doesn't have midi out, and I'm not looking to buy a new one either. Please help. I don't know very much about midi stuff at all so explain as much as possible

I have though of one way to do it externally but there has to be a way to do it internally right? I thought of making Traktor 3 send a midi out into the midi out port on the Scratch box, then have a cord go from the Midi out into the midi in, and have Ableto sync with the midi in. But there has to be a way to do it internally.

My Traktor is too sync to my live now!

 

... and I look and look where the big box is to find the sync thing that scratches the box like my traktor finally itches to the big thing that sync not the other sync thing.

Where am I? How can I internally sync my final traktor and will it sound phat enough?
