TA 10: Urgent Support Pls

    I can't register my TA 10 apart from that, the DVD which came along does not contain Traktor LE 2, it has a DEMO version, Right now all I need is to upgrade onto Traktor Pro 2, I have LE registered , and obviously I want the 30 $ discount which I can't avail due to the invalid serial.
    I Pre-Ordered My TA 10 way back in march from a store in Hong Kong, Got it after 2 and a half months, Still not available in my country though, NI really neglects Asia in terms of shipping, that's the reason I didn't ordered it from the NI online store.

    I've waited long enough just for the sound card & had never expected this.

    As expected, No Reply from NI.
    Got my upgrade, But WHY can't I register my TA 10, anyone else had the same issue?
