You'll have to wait for the email from Stanton/NI for your TDS2.6.x serial. Then the registration tool will work out fine for you...

After registering, go to the TRAKTOR DJ Studio updates page. Log in with your username and password and download the TRAKTOR DJ Studio 2.6.1 update (it is a full installer). PDF Manuals can be downloaded from the same update page.

So I assume you got the email? If so when did you get it?

I think it's fair to say that NI's customer service/PR is just about the worst of all the music software companies around...

wtf are they doing? It's almost as if somebody in NI is making a concious effort to piss off their user base!

How hard should it be for them to send out these emails with the links & instructions?

I also happen to own NI's Komplete Bundle with Komplete care and while the software sounds great (when it works) the support I've gotten from them borders on insulting...

Especially when you consider how much money they've gotten from me and that I forked over extra money for "Komplete Care" which isn't care at all, just some less expensive upgrades...

I suppose somehow I should find it mildly comforting that they seem to neglect each product's user base equally...

Nope haven't got the email... got most of the info from the link you posted.

Don't even have FS2.x in my hands yet, plus I don't think I'll do the rebate... I dunno still got time... Love my FS1.
