Tempo bend/CD-DJ jog solution for Traktor Pro with key lock on (VCI-100)

I hope this will help some folks out there. There's been a number of posts from VCI-100 users that tempo bend/cd-dj jog won't work after turning on the key lock. I experimented a while and found that on the VCI-100, when key lock is engaged, the outside of the jog wheels are sending a different set of note numbers than when key lock is disengaged. Create two sets of tempo bend (and cd-dj jog, if used) mappings, one programmed with key lock on, the other with key lock off. Solid. It works.
