The beginning of the "in app purchase" :0

Noooo in the tdj 1.5 there is the super slicer in app purchase, noooooo. I hope the next in app purchase can value the effort

 

Updating now ... Didn't even realise there was an update till I read this thread.

This "in-app purchase" isn't something I really need, and I think they should fix other issues before gouging us again to part with cash. At least they've given us history playlist and zoom on beatgridding.

I applaud NI for this move. I have no use for the super slicer.. I actually find the video they published sounds absolutely dreadful.
People who really want it should pay for it. The alternative is to increase the price for TDJ.. And again everybody would complain. People seem to want all for nothing.. And that's not how it works.

 

Track history ? Really where ?

 

@ kallekenkel - For the most part, people want everything now and for free, indeed, not how it works. I couldn't be happier with my $19 (at the time) purchase of TDJ, even bought a S2 for i so I could be hands off the iPad.

Anyways, where is this video you mention? Would you mind posting a link? I've been searching for it today with no luck?

No prob . Playlist history is in this update too ..yes !!

 

Does anyone know how to delete a playlist history?? There doesn't appear to be any way of doing so, unless I'm missing something? There's no Edit button

 

Yeah how do you delete the playlist history? Need help with that. Try connecting it to iTunes to see if I can do it. But u can't.

 

Ok so not just me then! Looks like a bug then I suppose? (Shame we waited 18 months for this feature and it's not quite right!)

 

Bugs in this update . But some old bugs seem to be fixed. I'm djing live now with it and will know by the end of the night...hopefully.

 

Bug 1. The app completely crashed on me...first time ever . I pressed shift and (load b). A short cut I often do to mirror a track into both channels quickly on my s2
. I've just got it working after 3 reboot attempts again ...

 

Bug 2. The update has also decided to rearrange my playlists . About 90 of them . I know I can renumber them and fix it....but it's an afternoons work which I'll have to do tomorrow now.....

 

Yuck @both ibob, I've got the update and I'm playin' with it, but haven't plugged into my s2 yet. Now I'm weary of doing so. Was jus gonna do that, but I thought I'd check this post again to see if anyone chimed in and whatdoyaknow

 

I see what you mean now about the re-shuffling, it looks like the playlist folders are sorting in proper alphanumeric order, wasn't before.

 

Hopefully it might rearrange itself once it's plugged back into iTunes :-/ .. I'm playing with the new efx, quite fiddly to churn out something useful in the mix so far ...
