The perfect software

With 3 the following 3 improvements, I think Traktor would be perfect.

1. Vinyl brake adjust works in HID mode on Pioneer CDJ 2000 nxs and XDJ 1000
2. Reverse works in HID mode on Pioneer CDJ 2000 nxs and XDJ 1000
3. Release FX (Brake, Spinback, etc..) like Rekordbox DJ and RMX1000

Either way, they would be fantastic upgrades.. I can't understand why items 1 & 2 aren't already implemented as they seem to have been in the competitors for a while...

I know there is a Vinyl Break FX, but could this also be mapped so it releases at the same time? Also similar with a echo release? Not sure about the reverse though?

Nice suggestion... you must be a newbie here... I been here for many years and from what i see NI does not care what users want. Sad but true, go read through the feature suggestions threads you will find a ton of great suggestions but as far i see, not much was ever implemented.

 

New to the Forum, but been using Traktor for a few years now and Serato prior to that.. I've always been happy with Traktor, but in all the time i've been using it, it hasn't really changed. Now with the introduction of Rekordbox DJ, its turned my head.. I use Pioneer hardware, so it probably makes sense but with a few upgrades to Traktor I wouldn't even be thinking of changing..

Here's hoping they listen to some of us soon, or they won't have anyone left suggesting anything at all!!!

once those are impelmented you will want something else , no software is ever complete thats why software development exists and that's why companies continue to exist .

I will say it again , no software can be perfect ever .

 

Yeh, you're probably right. But for that one day, it will be Perfect!! ;-)
