The serial #####-####-#####-####- is not exported

    I am trying to activate my Komplete 5. I have installed K3 and K4 with no issues, but I am getting "an error occurred during activation" and the following message "The Serial '#####-##### my serial #.....' is not exported." I checked the # and it is correct. I've called two friends who have K5 and they have no clue. Service Center is updated. K4 was completely updated prior to the K5 install. It will not Activate K5 or the subsequent new programs Guitar Rig 3, Kontakt 3, and Massive.
    I sent a request to support, but I'd like to get this fixed this weekend. I was up until 5am organizing my HD's and making room for this install. It was very disappointing not being able to use it!
    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you--- KX

    I spoke with another friend who is a tester and he told me it is a Service Center issue. I'm still waiting for a response and expect one on Monday.

    Hello karzenx,

    sorry for the inconveniences! This was not a Service Center problem, but a production issue causing the serial number you have received in your package was not licensed correctly. We have corrected this now, so that you should be able to activate without any error message.
