    Why does it say this in my online activation assistant? What can I do about this? I'm installing battery 3.

    I've emailed support a couple of days ago but haven't heard anything yet. Very frustrated!

    If you did e-mail them on the 19th, you should recognize that yesterday and the day before were a weekend...

    Sorry, when I said a couple, I meant a few. Anyway, I'm still waiting, can anyone help? I've bought this and can't use it.

    I got the same Problem here with Guitar Rig 3. Wrote a Support request yesterday and have not received an answer yet.
    Already would be happy with just a notification that my request was received.

    Please check your spam-folder if you did not get an auto-reply including a ticket-number.

    Besides that you should expect an answer within 2-3 working days. Therefore, wait at least another day, please.

    I dont have an auto-reply in my spamfolder, thats just why I am a little nervous and thats why I replied to this post :)

    When i have not received a auto-reply, should I resend a request? (perhaps I made a mistake in my mailing address)

    In general, you should receive an auto-reply within minutes if not within seconds. If you did not receive anything and you did not block / spam-sort / ... the mail or unknown senders you can retry once, but you should refer to your previous contact attempt.

    Hello again,

    is there any other way to get in contact with the support to solve this problem?
    I tried the webform for this again yesterday and did not receive any auto-reply til now.
    I received both mails from this forum and from my subscription with the service center software, therefore I am able to receive the mails in general I guess.

    Have not seen the numbers at the contactside I was led to.
