So the moral of the story is

Dont whine or complain folks!!

Just buy NI software a year or so after the release
date then you might have a chance if it working properly!!
you fools .....
Then you won't have to read how other people
who have managed to get there software kinda working,
tell us they are having a loveley time writing music and to
stop complaining...

I hope the fix is soon, and i understand
the need to get it right. I guess
i just want to use what i know is great sampler !!!

I totally agree with the notion that they need wait to release the fix until the fix is right.

How can ANYBODY posting here possibly disagree with that? How can NI possibly disagree with that? (They obviously do, since they don't provide any.)

 

I am positive about NI,turning Kontakt into something reminding us of BMW or Mercedes. Yeah, and don´t forget about Trabant and Wartburg. Great cars too. Kontakt will shine sooner (or later)...

I got an e-mail on the 14th of June, from a sample library producer, and I quote: "I have been reading on the Kontakt beta testers user group postings that the Kontakt and DFD beta version upgrades are working significantly better than the current public release version. I hope they will be releasing this as a download to everyone in the next few days. I am sorry you have been experiencing these problems with Kontakt, but I am sure you will be very happy with the upgrade when it is released".

I don't want it to work "significantly better", I want it to work PERFECT. I think that much we deserve.

 

don´t know man. but, kompakt is out soon. there is a big pressure on that one. those who will enter problems using kontakt dfd, after the release of kompakt, should ask for a free copy of kompakt. y´know, just to be able to use this dfd properly as promised. so, don´t worry man. problems will be fixed to the right direction. improvements are coming soon, and will keep on going as far as ni will stay in business.

we are fighting the law of demand and supply!

i hope the equilibrium will be reached soon?

We need an open-source streaming sampler, that runs in MacOS, *nix, and Windows. =)
