That's what Studio MK1 is about. I still prefer using it to Maschine MK3, in most cases....

If NI refreshes Studio, I would sell Studio MK1 and Maschine MK3 and buy Studio MK2.

S25 won’t happen because you have the M32 and A-Series covering that. The old one existed because they did not yet have those other keyboard lines.
JAM mk2 might happen next but this year is too early. They keep mostly at least 4 years between new a new Mk release.

    It is Thursday everyone! :D

First thing that happened today: free extension Chromatic Fire is now available for download in Native Access.

    Size: 370MB
Description: Exclusive genre-spanning sounds from some of our favorite Expansions contributors, celebrating the first 10 years of MASCHINE - free for all MASCHINE users.

    14 projects
    15 kits
    27 presets
    58 loops
    300+ one-shots

What else will we see today? :p

I'm doubtful we'll see anything else; their Maschine Twitter account is suspended: https://www.native-instruments.com/...ts-maschine-twitter-account-suspended.360727/

Launching anything without a key demographic available would be a bad move, IMO.

Interesting move if so; unlike Facebook, Twitter offers no facility to merge accounts, but you would have thought they would have updated their website footer prior to taking their own Twitter account down as it's literally a two minute job.

No news from NI (yet), but Roland's got something new:

Yeah, but they could have thrown in something nicer for the price tag. Looks like my guitar multi-effects pedal from 10 years ago.

I get your point , there’s probably not much need for colour screens tho , may grab me the 101 to use with maschine, tho I’ve been planning to grab a system 1m (used to have a system 1) , which means I’ll have to grab a mx1 (which I used to have )
I need native to wow me ASAP

They both seem like pretty cool ideas, but price is a little steep for me.

TBF In the stand-alone world that price and type of display is pretty much the standard.
I think Akai might one of the only companies using modern displays in their standalone units.

Whilst they peeve me with their cloud shenanigans.
There’s no denying Rolands class when they drop stuff like this , built in synth engines ,fx , sampler , audio over usb to separate daw tracks ,add that to Roland’s distinct sound and it blows the competition away for me , the sequencer , pattern storage capacity is probably the only weakness
