I just got this and hooked everything up correctly played normal vinyl fine but everytime i try to calibrate the right decks vinyl i get a square instead of a circle. Trying to fix it i notcied when i plug in the "in" chords into the sound card the light is constantly on and changes form green to red and when i mess with the chords it seems that they are causing it idk if i can fix this myself i should i just try and get new cables from Native Instruments as i just bought this brand new.

    What decks are you using?

im using a pair stanton str8 150s but i figured that problem out just now, but soon as i fixed that another problem came. Im using a ttm56s mixer and when i load up a song to each deck they come out of one channel. Im going crazy now

Make sure you have 'external' mode selected in the prefs.

Try plugging the deck from the 2nd channel directly into the the 1st channel with regular RCAs. If it is still bad, then chances are the mixer is broken.
