Time to Cue

Hi,

since I am very happy with my S4 MK3 and the displays on it I was wondering if there is no chance of getting the remaining time to the next cue point to show on the display instead of the total remaining time or the elapsed time.
I would love to have more freedom in what to show on the S4 displays.

Implementing this shouldn't be too hard and I hope we see get some feature like this with one of the next updates..

 

I don’t think they’ve changed a single thing since release apart from the colouring of the key box.

I’m the creator of the screen hack for the S4 and I will look at adding this into the next update if going down this path interests you.

As far as I know, there is no such function at all in the traktor?

 

The S4 MK3, S5, S8 and D2 can definitely be modified to display the time remaining to the next cue. That's how they calculate beats to cue.

 

Oh I did not know about your Screen Hack but it seems NI is very open about it and the files for the controller.
Im not a fan of scripting when working with MIDI and stuff but since this should be stable I would love to have this feature in it.
Will follow the project and download as soon as the feature is in

 

The time to cue feature has been added, I should be uploading a new update tomorrow night with the feature added!
