Toggle double click in browser!

I definitely think there should be a toggle for the feature where you double click to put sample in cell. When I am quickly clicking through the samples to hear them I constantly accidentally map them to my highlighted cell. I would much rather be able to click on the samples as I please and then when I find the sample I want to add I can just drag in the the cell. I'm sure creating a toggle in the options for this would not be to entirely hard to do. Thanks!

Yes, it would be an easy thing to programm and would save us a LOT time.

 

Bump. I know there is a new update on the way... I PRAY it's in there because I'm still dealing with this!

 

So ... the new update is here ... and this feature is apparently absent? Come ON! This would have been a brain-dead easy thing to do (there's even room for it in the options).

Also, I have "Load Multiple Samples into One Cell" set to OFF, and yet every damn time I double click, it keeps loading more samples into the same cell. This is borderline useless operation.

In FL Studio, the browser is VERY well implemented. I can trigger samples with the arrow keys (up, down, and right to trigger), and I can click on them as many times as I like at any speed and it won't load the sample until I drag it to where I want it. This is how I SHOULD be able to work with Battery. It's such a hassle to work with it as it is. Does Maschine improve this functionality? I need something I can use that'll slave well to tempo (unlike FL Studio).

It's maddening.

cant hear samples in browser

hey yall when I hit the samples on the browser once as I try to preview them, I cant hear any sound at all. I need to drag them into the matrix to hear anything. Any ideas?
