Tone Machine Speed Synchronization to DAW BPM

Hello Kontakt-Users,

I have a vocal phrase sample (8 bars long) that I use in the Tone Machine, to play it legato on my keyboard, polyphonically.

But I need to have that phrase's tempo in synchronization with my DAW'S tempo (in BPM).

I can only see a speed knob, to adjust the speed in percent.

Usually in my Roland Variphrase sampler V-Synth GT, first I have to configure the samples length in bars, so the sampler can calculate it's BPM, so to later adjust the sample's speed according to the MIDI clock in real-time.

If I change the DAWs tempo, I want the sampler automatically adjusts the tempo of my sample phrase, immediately.

Is that possible in Kontakt 6 in conjunction with the Tone Machine (that is mandatory), because only Tone Machine enables me to play the sample chromatically on the keyboard, polyphonically and legato, whithout retriggering.

But always in sync with MIDI clock.

Yes. Should be possible. You can switch from 'default' to "whole" (click on % to see the menu), then set the speed knob to 8 ( = 8 Bars).

 

Actually it should be changed to "zone", then zone's BPM (in Wave Editor) will be taken into account vs DAW tempo.
