TP2 Keeps freezing

Hi people

I have just bought TP2 and got the Traktor Kontrol

Every time i load a track the playing deck freezes and makes some robotic noise..it seems to freeze all the time..I am not happy whatsoever with this

I heard about this problem after i bought the hardware and software and heard the solution was to turn off wireless which i did, however the problem was still there.

I have a dell Studio XPS top of the range laptop so i am quite shocked that this probleem would arise on a laptop of this magnitude

Can anyone help to fix this issue please?

Hi guys

after spending many hours last night looking for a fix, i quite simply turned off the 'multi core support' in the settings and TP2 now works like a dream

 

@ziggerzagger. I have this problem as well. Where can I find the multi core support section? Did you experience any other crashes after you've changed it? Thanks in advance.
