TP2 sample decks messed up

    hey guys. posted this over at DJTT too. but didnt get an answer there..

    for some time now my sample decks in TP2 are totally messed up.

    when i play a track (140bpm) in deck A (which is master), copy a loop to a sample slot and press play there, it will play too fast. but only if the sample deck is loop. as one shot it plays in normal speed.
    obviously the sample decks are not synced to the master tempo.

    another thing: normally the samples get saved after playing them for a while. i only get a message ""WARNING: error exporting loop"

    so something is screwed up.. might have to do with the switch to my new MPB.

    Have you setup a directory in preferences to save the samples to. Is this directory writable by traktor?

    well.. i installed a second hard drive via optibay and put all the user folders and music on the second drive, using symlinks to link to it.. i now linked the folders directly to the 2nd drive.

    samples are stored now, BUT they still play faster than usual (with a higher pitch due to the keylock missing in the sample decks). only until the sample is stored in the sample folder. then it plays at normal speed.. that's weird and not really practiable, cause i have to play the samples a few times till they are saved and can play them only then..
    so the problem is not solved yet :confused:

    when you export the loop to the sample deck, who ist master?
    please attach a screenshot HERE in the forum, not via zippyshare etc.

    the deck which i exported the loop from stays master (if i let it play of course). even if i stop the deck, the sample is pitched until it is stored

    I've got the same issue. I get the error, "could not sync loop due to bpm lock" or something like that... I've tried turning the sync button off after the loop is synced and then dragging the loop into a window but it doesn't help. I've tried with a master clock as well as master on channel a or b (my track decks). Could really use some help with this too.
