tracktor pro 2 , audio2 dj, numark mixtrack. record?

possible? without line in line out to audacity?

 

Hi Pete,

I run that exact same setup on a MBP.
If you go into the preferences section, there is a Record tab. Put your settings together there, and make sure to set source to "Internal"

When you want to begin recording, you'll find the record button in the Global section on the top right (might have to change view settings). Just press the record button, and it takes care of everything, including splitting files automagically if needed.

those are my settings , the drop down box for internal recording does not drop down, the record button does not respond whether a track be playing or not.

It took me a bit to figure out how it's done too. The button you are actually looking for is buried in the Right FX panel.

If you have the FX panels visible, click this:

Otherwise it looks like you've got all the pref's set just right!
