New tractor 3 file cannot played

Hello.I have been waiting a long time for a Beatport Link to Tractor.
I have a problem when i want to play a song from my playlist i get this error.
"tractor 3 file cannot be played.The file may be missing,corrupt or unsupported"

 

Hi SZUGA - do I understand right that tracks from "Top 100" or "Curated Playlists" load and play fine, while tracks from your "My Playlists" do not?

 

Unfortunately I can't put the songs from any playlist.

 

This is surprising and feels like you landed on an earlier version, which can't be the case.
But just double checking: which version number to you see in the header next to the green BETA button?

And if you see a version lower than 3.5.0.263, for example 350.262 or 3.5.0.258, then you must remove this version from your computer. Most likely you will find it in:
/Applications/Native Instruments/Traktor Pro 3/Backup/

 

The version number seems good.
The error continues to appear.

1. Can I ask which OS/OS version you're working on ?
2. Can you play the track from your Track Collection once it's imported ?

That would help me to understand a bit more what's going on here.

 

I have Windows 10.
I can't play the Beatport Link songs once.
Tracks purchased through the normal hard drive route I play with no problem.

Hi there, I have exactly the same issue. I cannoy play any Beatport link file in Traktor Pro 3.5.1.

I have put this folder on my desktop and I launch Traktor with this files, and It's work great
