Traded S25 to Friend need license transfer help

I traded a friend my S25 for an item and I’m trying to transfer the license but I went to license transfer and it says license transfer unavailable for the S25. What can I do so he can use his new S25?

 

Also I’m keeping komplete select this is just for the S25

 

I may be wrong, but my understanding is that if you transfer your s25 - you lose select - it's a free application that is TIED to your keyboard. You buy an S series board (any of them) they come with select - you sell (de-licence) you lose select. You cannot keep select if you do not have a 'qualifying' licence - i.e - your s25. Why it says licence transfer 'unavailable' tho I cannot answer? Maybe someone can shed light on this - if not - try support - they will reply - but it'll take a while - I know this because I had the same queries regarding my S88 - you have to be patient with NI support! Sory I cant give you more info. All the best.
