Train whistle Midi/tone?

I'm rather new to all of this. I have a Komplete Kontrol S49 and a Maschine Mk3. I mostly record acoustic instruments with a microphone (Americana, bluegrass, and folk) but I like to add midi tones of various types occasionally. I am in the process of working on a song that is train oriented and I'd like to be able to create my own intro train whistle sound using the keyboard and the pitch/mod wheels. I recently upgraded to Komplete 11. Is there anything in this software that would allow me to replicate and modify a train whistle tone?
