    Are there any books or training materials that fully describe and teach the use of Kontakt? The tutorials on the site are a good intro but are limited. The manual does not illustrate the newer and more advanced features. For example I wish to learn how to use the tone machine. I feel that I am missing much of the higher end capabilities of this instrument. So far I am not able to properly learn these on my own.
