Traktor 2.10 - Collection away

I updated to Traktor Pro 2 2.10.2 on monday, after the upgrade, Traktor did not load my collection and i imported my Playlists back from iTunes but they are away at every restart of the programm everything is away, Traktor does not save the collection.
I tried to reinstall the Programm, it has to be a Problem with the analysis or tags from Traktor because i have the same Problem with my Win10 (Same Collection, same External HDD with Music) Reanalysing and creating a new collection does not help. Finder rights on all Traktor Files is 777.
My Mac is running ElCapitan.

Please help me, i have to play ths evening

If you upgraded correctly then Traktor has made a copy of your old collection. Don't know about Mac but on Windows this backup is stored under 'Documents\Native Instruments'.

 

If i import anything into my Collection or a Backup then Traktor creates new Collection at next start.

 

Are you getting the "invalid collection" error when you launch Traktor ? If so , that is a different issue that there are multiple topics in this forum that may help you resolve. If you are not getting that error message, then verify in Traktor settings that you have it pointed to the root folder where your collection is.

 

Don't import your collection, but overwrite your new collection with your backed up one using file explorer.

 

Yes i dot get invalid collection, i tried everything, i overwrited my Collection man, i reinstalled Traktor, i reinstalled OS X Via Time Maschine to 1 Month Ago and reinstalled Traktor, i created a new collection and imported my Tracks new over iTunes and over the Finder and it does not work.
This Problem seems to be far more complicated. I am like 6 Hours in front of my Macbook now to fix this... i tried things out of 20 Threads in here...

It must be something with the rights but i gave all Traktor folders chmod 777 and the Music two, Reanalyzing Tags too because of New Traktor Version does not help too, it just does not save my .... Collection..

Do you have any Ideas?
