have You tried 44100hz @ 512? - its has to be more than enough, no need for 48Khz

I don't think a 44100hz sample rate is an option for the MC6000 with Traktor it's locked at 48k.

    Hy Rene,

could you try a 2nd download and Installation for me please? I'd like to figure out if its an real Audi Issue or an Installer Issue. Make no Mistake about it we tested the Installer on and on again, but perhaps something went wrong meanwhile the Download Process.

    Thanks
    Stefan

    Hi Stefan,

i tried to install the update from the NI Update Manager Website, but nothing happens.

After appr. one minute the left channel of the headphone beeps from quit to loud and than there is no sound anymore on both channels for preview. If i changed to hear the master, everything sounds good.

After some minutes the beeps going, but i can`t hear anything in preview mode. The master sounds works fine.

hello I had the same problem ...

I had the install the version 2.6.0 and then install the new one 2.6.1 and it works again

It seems like the new version is just an add-on and that you new to install the older version before.

Well now it's working again ... Maybe it could help !

    Hy Rene, Hy Enosh,

the Update Function want work if you use the 2.6.1 already. It is like Enosh says: You have to reinstall the 2.6.0 or lower and update again. It is because the update routine is intelligent, it looks which Version is installed and which is available. If you have the newest build you can't force an update.

I have the MC3000 and Traktor Pro 2.6.1 installed on both my laptop and PC. Both are running fine ie. no noise and both are Win7 64bit.

It's not just with Denon Hardware. I am using a Pioneer DDJ Ergo V and it get the feedback through the headphones when I turn the source from Master to Cue. If the selection knob for headphone audio is on anything but Master, I get a loud pop followed by the feedback loop sound.

It's not my hardware as I have tested it with Serato DJ and VDJ just to see what would happen. The interesting part is after installing the update from NI, the Traktor worked perfectly the first run through and I recorded about a 2 hour mix with no issues. The next day that I loaded Traktor up, within 5 minutes of play, the sound issue arises.

The laptop I am running is slightly older but has been fine with all pervious version of Traktor with little stress on the CPU load at the top of the program.

    Its a
    Windows 7 Svcpk 1
    Dell Studio XPS
    4GM Ram
    Intel Core 2 Duo T9550

I am running the latest Firmware from Pioneer for the ERGO
and running the ASIO off the ERGO at 4100hz and 512 Lat.

Output routing is set correctly as it would be from the set up wizard

OK, so I uninstalled the Denon ASIO driver and reinstalled it, and it seems to have resolved the problem. I've given it a few days and the problem hasn't come back. I'm 99% sure the driver I uninstalled was the latest version that I have reinstalled (downloaded from the Denon website), but I can't be 100%.

Anyway, seems to have sorted it for me at least.

Really out of curiosity, did you guys tried to change to another EQ model in your preferences? Same goes for Filter.

Those having a problem, could you tell which EQ is selected in your preferences as well as the Filter?

    Exactly the same here :(

    Win 7
    6gb Ram
    i7
    Numark Omni Control
    Traktor F1

Pretty sure I had the latest version of Traktor before updating.

Messed about with frequency and the beep/buzzing noise change tone.

Sounds exactly like internal feedback, fades in after about a minute of using Traktor.

Just reinstalled my earlier version 2.5.1 and then the new version 2.6.1. However, still the same. The first go seemed OK however, I noticed that when I panned to 'Cue' in headphones it was silent. When I ran Traktor 2.6.1 for the second time I got the beep again, the beep coincidently disappears if you pan to 'PGM' but exists when panning to 'Cue'.

Maybe there is a feedback loop on the 'Cue'

Where do I get even earlier versions from? I only got full Traktor when I bought F1, before that I was using Traktor 3 LE. Maybe I should install that then upgrade to 2.6.1?

Was getting very worried I wouldn't be able to sort this before a set next week, but alas, just rolled back to 2.6.0 and everything is back to how I liked it. I just hope no one gets caught out by this bug whilst they are playing live!

Good luck with the fix, I hope you manage it soon so I can update to the new features.

Same problem after 2 weeks of smooth operation

    hey there!

Since yesterday, I have the same problem, after 2.6.1 operated about two weeks fine.

for me the beep sound appears after about 2 or 3 Min after starting Traktor 2.6.1. Interesting: It is not stable, whether the sound is on the left or the right headphone side. And it's only for the Cue sound...

But after some time, this feedback sound disappears. and the Phones Out does not work properly anymore. No Cue sounds, No sounds, when the Cue Mix knob is in the position having the marker in the middle position or to the very left.

But when I turn it to the extreme right, the sound is there, but - as it is for this position, only the main out signal. no cue sounds available.

When I restart, the same problem: 2 or 3 Minutes Traktor is operating normal, after that the feedback beep sound reappears....

Got a Win7 64bit Laptop, using the S4. And as said: All worked fine when I updated from 2.6.0 to 2.6.1 for about 2 weeks.

glad to know im not losing my mind. i created another post for the same issue... ive been troubleshooting it all weekend and decided it was defiantly a software issue. I would like to roll back to the old version (2.6.0) but i dont know where the install files are... here is the original post i made.

"I've recently updated my Traktor software to 2.6.1. Also have an S2 connected with the latest firmware. The issue is after about 1 min into playing a song there is a loud, high pitch noise that develops in the MONITOR channel. It starts out soft then gradually gets louder until it shuts the channel off. If I turn off auto limiter it will stay active. I tried different headphones, i tried unplugging the power source, if i switch the monitor channel to the master out it plays over the speakers, if i change the refresh rate the pitch of the noise changes, i can control the volume of the noise with the volume on the controller, its on both channel cues, after it starts making noise it won't stop even if there is no music playing. It stops if I unplug the USB. I've got a good feeling its a software issue so I'm in the process of re-installing. Is there anywhere I can get an install file for the last version? This seems to have started after the new software was installed."

I'm running on an Acer Aspire 5820T laptop.
    Windows 7 64-bit
    Intel core i5 2.3GHz
    8gb ram

    Thanks!
