traktor 2.6 cue question...

hi everyone..two days ago i updated my traktor from 1 to 2.6...

for a long time i used to cue my next track using cd mode as i am used from cdj's so when i wanted to finw the cue point i only had to turn the jogdial andlisten to the itch-itch-itch where i want it and then press cue...

now i can't find that facility in my new traktor and it'skind of annoying trying to find the cue point by looking the screen or listening to the distorted sound when moving the jogdial...

please help me....

What controller are you using?

 

i have three different setup's

i usually work with pioneer cdj 350 and audio 2

the last 2 weeks i borrowed a piooneer t1

and last night i was trying to setup with cdj 2000

BUT IN ALL THE THREE SETUP'S CANNOT FIND THE PERFECT CUE AS IT WAS WITH TRAKTOR PRO 1

is there a solution OR i i have to use the previous version?

 

My CDJ 2000s can do the CD style cueing you want when in HID mode, you just have to switch the JOG MODE to CD.

What happens when you disable Vinyl mode on the 350s? I don't think Traktor has this cueing feature built in and it's probably achieved through mapping combinations.

 

still does nothing with the t1 pioneer or with the 350 pioneer....

at the cd mode jog responses tooooo slow but with no itch sound actually..

so far nothing with the problem!

 

did 2.6.1 recognize your 1.x collection ? I did exactly thesame upgrade and i am still trying to import my collection
